Acts as a highly effective waterproofing admixture, improving adhesion of cementitious screeds while reducing shrinkage and cracking. Ideal as a bonding agent for new-to-old concrete and for repair patching of concrete and cement screeds. Can be used as a bonding agent, admixture or general-purpose primer prior to tiling and screeding. Improves abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and flexibility of mortars, renders and floor screeds. Effective as a key coat on low-porosity substrates.
